Scholastic CBT Platform – Multi-Tenant Examination SaaS System

A scalable, multi-tenant Computer-Based Testing (CBT) platform designed for schools and organizations to create, manage, and deliver secure online examinations with real-time analytics and automated grading.

The Scholastic CBT Platform was developed as a scalable digital solution to modernize how schools and organizations conduct examinations.

This project was built to address a major gap in traditional examination systems, where assessments are often conducted manually, inefficiently, and without reliable performance tracking.

The Problem

Many schools and training institutions still rely on paper-based examinations or poorly structured digital alternatives. These methods often result in:

  • delayed result processing
  • high risk of malpractice
  • lack of real-time performance insights
  • difficulty managing large numbers of students
  • no centralized system for exam administration

Additionally, there was a need for a system that could support multiple institutions independently without data overlap.

The Solution

I designed and developed a multi-tenant CBT SaaS platform that enables different organizations to operate independently within a single system.

Each organization can:

The platform includes:
